Happy February! February is both Black History Month and Cancer Prevention Month, or as Dr. Tiffany says "Black History is cancer prevention." This episode, the Docs talk about the 7 steps you can take to reduce your risk of cancer:

1. Don't use tobacco (More on the risks of marijuana use can be found here.)

2. Eat a healthy diet

3. Maintain a healthy weight and be physically active

4. Protect yourself from the sun

5. Get vaccinated ((HPV & HEPATITIS VACCINES)

6. Practice Safe Sex and Avoid risky behaviors

7. Know your family history and get regular medical screenings.
